# Nikistian Ai agent — Privacy notice

Nikistian Ai agent is operated by Nikistian Media Private Limited. Contact support@nikist.in for support, access, correction or deletion requests. This notice covers the Chrome extension and its backend; the Nikistian membership website also has its own policy at https://app.nikistian.ai/privacy.

## Account connection

The extension verifies your existing Nikistian membership using Supabase Auth. It receives your account ID, email and a current access token. Your password stays on the Nikistian website; the extension does not copy your refresh token. The access token is kept in Chrome session storage and cleared when you sign out. Preferences such as chart editing remain on your device until you change them or remove the extension.

## Questions, charts and AI processing

When you send a question, your text and relevant crypto chart context, such as symbol, timeframe and requested tool results, go to our Supabase backend and through OpenRouter to the configured AI provider. The current providers are OpenAI for chat and Anthropic for Pine code generation. Requested numerical crypto data may be obtained from Binance or Bybit. Only the requested public symbol and timeframe are sent to those exchanges; your Nikistian credentials, balance and conversation are not sent to them.

If “Include chart image” is checked, the extension captures the visible TradingView tab and crops it on your device to the single chart area. Only that crop is sent to the backend and AI providers. It may contain your visible indicators, drawings, annotations, prices or position labels. Turn off the checkbox before sending if you do not want those visible details shared. There is no continuous screen recording. The full tab image is not transmitted to our backend.

Chart images remain in temporary request memory and may be resent during that question's tool steps. They are discarded when a request completes or fails and are not written to saved chat history. The original image is no longer used after it becomes stale or the symbol/timeframe changes. An image fingerprint and capture metadata may remain with the chat, without the image pixels. AI-provider retention is governed by the provider's policies; our requests require OpenRouter routing that denies provider data collection. This does not mean that every provider retains no operational or safety logs.

## Decode the Market and Trade Plan Builder

These Premium features process the current chart, matching exchange candles and technical calculations. The builder also asks for a trading balance in the chart’s quote currency, maximum risk, fees, slippage and leverage assumptions. These are self-reported financial inputs, not a connection to your exchange account. They are transmitted to our authenticated Supabase backend for deterministic position-size calculations. The balance and risk amounts are not included in the structured AI prompt. As with any chart capture, visible position labels or other financial annotations in your chart image can be sent to the AI provider if image sharing is enabled.

The backend stores the result, including the strategy explanation, chart context, entry/stop/target reference levels, estimated position size, risk budget, cost assumptions and timestamps. Raw balance inputs are not stored as a separate profile or sent to AI; some financial information can be inferred from the calculated results. Unfinished requests retain an identifier, fingerprint and status, without the chart image. No order is placed, exchange account is connected or background price monitoring started.

Workflow results expire from storage after 30 days unless you choose Save plan. Saved plans are available only to their owner through the authenticated backend, retained for 90 days from creation, and can be removed using Saved plans. They remain readable after membership expiry, but creating and saving new plans requires active paid-feature access. The daily retention job removes expired records. Saved results are historical snapshots and must be rebuilt to use fresh data.

## Review My Trade

This Premium feature sends your proposed symbol, direction, entry, stop, target, fee assumption and explanation to our backend. Your quantity and account balance also go to the backend for deterministic risk calculations. The AI receives your proposed trade values, explanation, risk percentage and reward-to-risk ratio, but not your raw account balance, quantity or calculated currency loss amounts. Avoid including unrelated personal information in your explanation.

This review does not capture a chart, fetch live prices, connect an exchange account or place an order. We do not save reviews as chat history or saved plans. Request data is processed in memory; normal usage accounting and provider operational retention still apply. The result appears in your current extension panel and is an educational checklist, not approval to trade.

## Stored data and retention

Our Supabase project stores conversations, generated Pine code, tool results, account identifiers and AI usage accounting. Conversations are available only to their owner through the authenticated backend. Conversations inactive for 30 days are excluded from history and deleted by a daily retention job. Request counters expire and are cleared daily. Usage records are retained to enforce the spending allowance and account for costs; contact support for related access or deletion requests. Operational logs and backups are subject to the hosting providers' retention controls, so deletion from the live database does not mean immediate removal from every backup.

The database uses the existing Supabase project in the Mumbai region. Edge processing and AI providers can process data outside India. Supabase, OpenRouter and the selected AI providers handle data to operate this feature under their applicable terms and privacy policies. We do not sell extension data or use it for advertising, creditworthiness or lending decisions.

## Browser permissions and control

The side panel displays the assistant beside TradingView. Supported TradingView page access is used to read chart context and perform requested chart actions. Nikistian page access is used only for the account connection. Chrome's debugger permission provides fixed mouse and keyboard controls for supported drawings, indicators and new Pine scripts; the AI does not receive arbitrary browser code execution or broker-order tools. Chart editing is enabled by default after installation and can be turned off in Settings. Recognized chart menus, drawing toolbars and chart ads may be dismissed to complete your request. Unknown dialogs and typed input are preserved.

Clipboard access is used when you choose to copy generated code. Optional voice input uses the browser's speech-recognition service and places text in the composer for review before sending. The extension does not collect your general browsing history or continuously listen through the microphone. General browsing tabs are outside its chart tools.

## Your choices

You can disable chart-image sharing, disable chart editing, remove saved plans, request chat deletion, sign out or remove the extension. Do not include passwords, API keys or unrelated personal information in prompts or chart annotations. For questions or requests involving stored information, email support@nikist.in and identify the Nikistian account concerned; do not include your password.

Our use of data obtained through Chrome is limited to providing and improving the user-facing purpose described here. Material changes will be reflected in an updated notice. This tool is for crypto education and chart assistance; it does not place trades or guarantee outcomes.
